What We Are

CarsAndTrucksMarket.com is an online vehicle marketplace and classifieds platform that allows private sellers to list vehicles and allows buyers to contact sellers directly.

We are not a vehicle dealer, broker, escrow service, financing company, payment processor, shipping company, inspection service, title service, or party to any transaction between users.

We do not own, inspect, certify, guarantee, or take possession of vehicles listed on the Site. We do not handle payments, deposits, escrow, delivery, shipping, title transfer, financing, or warranties.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account and listings up to date.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts using false information, or use another user’s account without permission.

Private Sellers and Dealers

CarsAndTrucksMarket.com allows private sellers and dealers to create vehicle listings. Sellers are responsible for making sure their listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Dealers are responsible for complying with all applicable dealer licensing, advertising, disclosure, tax, title, and consumer-protection laws in the states where they operate and where they sell vehicles.

By posting a listing, you represent that:

• you have the right to list and sell the vehicle;
• the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• the listing is lawful and not misleading;
• the vehicle is available unless marked sold or removed.

Listings and User Content

You are responsible for all content you submit, including listing titles, descriptions, prices, photos, videos, contact preferences, and messages.

You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, spammy, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

We may review, approve, reject, edit, hide, remove, or moderate listings and other content at our discretion, including to reduce fraud, spam, abuse, duplicate listings, or policy violations.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, condition, safety, or availability of any vehicle listed by a user.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, stolen, fraudulent, or bait-and-switch listings;
• list vehicles you do not have the right to sell;
• solicit wire transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency, advance deposits, escrow payments, shipping fees, or other suspicious payments;
• use the Site to scam, harass, threaten, spam, or mislead other users;
• upload malware, harmful code, or deceptive links;
• scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse Site data;
• bypass, disable, or interfere with Site security or moderation features;
• attempt to collect user emails, passwords, or private information;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Buyer and Seller Transactions

All vehicle sales, negotiations, payments, inspections, title transfers, registration, taxes, pickup, delivery, and disputes are solely between buyer and seller.

CarsAndTrucksMarket.com is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.

Buyers should inspect the vehicle, verify title and ownership, review vehicle history when appropriate, meet in a safe location, and avoid sending money before seeing the vehicle and title in person.

Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to selling a vehicle, including title transfer, disclosures, taxes, emissions, liens, and other legal requirements.

Safety

Use caution when communicating or meeting with other users.

Never send gift cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, escrow payments, shipping fees, or deposits to someone you have not met and verified. Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true, requests to move communication off-platform, or pressure to act quickly.

Contact and Messaging Features

If contact or messaging features are available, they are provided to help buyers and sellers communicate about listings.

You agree not to use contact or messaging features for spam, scams, harassment, unrelated advertising, phishing, or illegal activity.

We may monitor, review, moderate, restrict, or remove messages or accounts to prevent abuse, fraud, spam, or policy violations, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Seller email addresses are not intended to be shown publicly on listings.

Fees and Payments

CarsAndTrucksMarket.com may offer free listings during launch. We may add, remove, or change features, listing limits, paid options, promotional placements, or fees in the future.

Unless a specific paid service is clearly offered by CarsAndTrucksMarket.com, we do not collect vehicle payments, deposits, escrow funds, financing payments, shipping fees, or transaction payments between buyers and sellers.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, videos, maps, vehicle history tools, financing providers, insurers, inspection providers, or other services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, or actions. Use third-party services at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

We may also remove inactive, duplicate, expired, sold, suspicious, or low-quality listings.

No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• listings are accurate or complete;
• vehicles are as described;
• users are honest or reliable;
• the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• any transaction will be completed successfully.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarsAndTrucksMarket.com and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
